Responsibilities limited to:

Basic Features: Design a personalized certificate for each attendee with trainer's name, credentials, logos and provider numbers. Create registration forms and provide unique URL for each training that can be advertised and distributed. Limit number of registrants (number provided by trainer.) Provide database to store certificant names and email addresses, along with the details of the specific trainings as they are to appear on certificate. Provide Admin panel to review all details and select registrants to receive certificates. Before certificates sent, trainer is presented with a "are you sure" screen with a cancel feature. Before certificates sent, provide list of all registrants that can be copied and pasted into email client to send handouts or announcements. After certificates sent, provide archive list that can be downloaded for marketing purposes. Remove form and database after all certificates sent. Provide desktop and mobile-friendly design.

Bonus Features: Provide Admin submit form that is pre-loaded with the last 20 trainings so that lost certificates can be easily replaced.

Trainer is to approve certificate design and run the first test, sending a certificate to self.
Trainer responsible for accuracy.
Trainer is to monitor registrations daily, and delete any errant entries. Database is coded to only accept entries from the form provided. Captcha and other "I am not a robot" features are not used, as they have proven to frustrate users, resulting in lost business or incessant phone calls. Keep an eye on it, especially since the number of registrants has been capped to a class size provided by trainer.

TrainingBuilder is designed to run as a standalone product. If you are charging each user, you can advertise or send this link and we will redirect after submission to your PayPal (or other) account for payment. Or you can advertise your PayPal link, and redirect to the TrainingBuilder page after payment sent.

This Agreement shall not be assigned, pledged or transferred in any way by either party hereto without the prior written consent of the other party. Any attempted assignment, pledge, transfer or other disposition of this Agreement or any rights, interests or benefits herein contrary to the foregoing provisions shall be null and void.

This instrument contains the entire Agreement of the parties and no representations, inducement or promises, oral or otherwise, between the parties not embodied herein shall be of any force and effect unless in writing and signed by both parties hereto.

Trainer shall fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless TrainingBuilder from any and all lawsuits, claims, demands, liability, causes of action, loss, injury, and/or damage of any kind whatsoever (including without limitation all claims for property damage, monetary loss, personal injury, wrongful death, and/or equitable relief,) whether brought by an individual or other entity, or imposed by a court of law or by administrative action of any federal, state or local governmental body or agency, arising out of, in any way whatsoever, any omissions, acts, negligence or willful misconduct on the part of TrainingBuilder, its officers, personnel, owners, agents, employees, volunteers, invitees or contractors.

This indemnification applies to and includes, without limitation, the payment of all fines, penalties, awards, judgments, decrees, attorneys' fees and related costs or expenses, and any reimbursements to trainer by TrainingBuilder, for all legal expenses, fees and costs incurred.
